• Author Instructions: Enter the field as labeled.  Recommendation: Turn off pop-up blockers for this Create an Article page.
   
• Title: Input the title of your article.
   
• Category: Pick the category that best suits your article. You may use the "add another category" feature if you article fits more than one category. However please limit your article to three categories.
   
• Status: You may put your article on "pending" or "hidden" if you wish to save the article to work on it later. It must be on "visible" for article to display on web site.
   
• Filename: This should automatically be filled out using words from your title. You can edit it, if desired.
   
• Summary of Articles: Brief description of your article. This displays on Articles for Mom search and category sections.
   
• Article Content: The full text of your article goes in here. URLs (web page links) are allowed in your article, however keep these to a minimum and related to the article topic . There are many standard WYSIWYG (rich text editor) features above the article content box to help you format your article. If you want to add image see the Upload Image feature below the Author Bio, which will give you step by step directions.   
  
  If using Microsoft Word - IMPORTANT NOTE: If you can copy and paste your article from Microsoft Word, then use the  Word Paste Icon found above the article content box for the best result. When you click the Word Paste Icon, a box will open in a new window to paste your article in.
   
• Author Bio: In this section you can add any advertisement or web page address or information about yourself. Your web page address is welcome in this section. Please keep it reasonable length.
   
• Image Upload: Use this to add image(s). It will give you directions as you add image(s).
   
• Featured:  It is recommended that you check this box to make your article show first on the main page and RSS feed.
   
• Author: Enter your name or pen name.
   
• Keywords: This will help the Articles for Mom search engine and other major search engines find your article. They work the same as meta tags.
   
• Description: What you put in this section will show up on search engine such as Google and Yahoo! search engines. They work the same as meta tags.
   
• Copyright: This field is REQUIRED to help protect Moms Break, Inc. We trust our authors to only use their own articles or articles they have permission to republish; however, for legal reason we must ask you to click the "yes" button at the bottom of the article form to assume you have legal rights to the articles. Thank you for you understanding.
