This Advance Card Making Tutorial is made using 15 x 15 scrapbook paper cut down to 8.5 x 11 paper so it can be run through a printer. However, you can also use standard printer paper, card stock, construction paper, or any other craft paper that is 8.5 x 11 and can be run through a printer. If you are using any type of paper that is already 8.5 x 11, please skip to step 4.
1)
In this picture 15 x 15 scrapbook paper was used and cut down to 8.5 x 11
standard printer size paper, which will be demonstrated below. This was done to
make the outside of the card be the rose scrapbook paper design. If you choose
to use scrapbook paper, it is important you use paper that is a solid color on
one side.

2) Turn scrapbook paper over and trace around a piece of standard 8.5 x 11 printer paper to make a box that is 8.5 x 11. Hint: Many scrapbook paper have a logo or the companies information on the back of the scrapbook paper. Because of this when you trace your 8.5 x 11 card section make sure you trace with the company logo or information outside of your 8.5 x 11 box.
3)
You can now see in this picture the traced box on the back of the scrapbook
paper. Now cut along the lines of the traced box to make a piece of paper that
is 8.5 x 11. You will now be able to run the paper through your printer to make
the card.

4) Take the 8.5 x 11 piece of paper and print one of Mom's Break free blank Tri-fold cards.
If you have used scrapbook paper as shown above, be sure and print on the white or solid color side. DO NOT print on the design side of the paper.
5)
Cut along the dotted line that prints with the card verse to create the actual
card.
As shown in this picture, after cutting along the dotted line, you have the roses for the outside of the card, and the verse will be on the inside of the card.

6) Fold the card three times, just like you would fold a business letter.

7) Turn the card over to view your finished card.
